"Jack was recommended to me by a buddy of mine.  He had worked on his laptop and installed something called 'PCLinuxOS'.  I called Jack and asked him about it.  He explained it a little more and it sure sounded like something I wanted to try out.  So I scheduled a time for Jack to come over.  He made a couple of changes to the computer (something about 'booting to the CD') and next thing I know -- I'm looking at an incredible looking OS (that's geek speak for Operating System).  He assured me that we could back up all of my personal data and restore it after we install Linux.  The installation process was a snap!  In less than 30 minutes, I had a new OS installed plus a TON of programs (office suite, music players, movie/dvd player, even my favorite web browser Firefox).  Jack then restored all of my data without any problems.  He even showed me how to update the computer.  My computer acts brand new again!  Very quick and no security issues.  Thanks Jack."
